'No Covid Vax', 'Take Down 5G': Protestors gather at Milton Keynes Council offices led by Piers Corbyn

A group of around 30 protestors have gathered at the Milton Keynes Council Civic Offices, led by Jeremy Corbyn's brother Piers Corbyn.

The protest, which was originally described as an anti-5G event by organisers, is also campaigning for the coronavirus lockdown to end and for there to be no coronavirus vaccine.

They say there are plans for 'Big-Pharma forced, or coerced, harmful vaccinations plus micro-chipping worldwide'.

Campaigners shouted chants including 'No More Lockdown', 'No Covid Vax' and 'Take Down 5G'.

Two police officers are in attendance at the event, where protestors are observing social distancing.

A 'Never Again Charter' was distributed at the event with a list of demands including 'Reclaiming the NHS' - which the leaflet says has been 'stolen' from us and is being run for the 'BigPharma Vax lobby'.

The leaflet claims that 'it is clear that there is no pandemic'.

It also says that 5G should be 'reversed' and that censorship by the 'BBC, Mainstream Media, Twitter and Facebook' should end.

They add that the coronavirus lockdown 'is not for you, it is against you' and that lockdown is a 'false narrative'.

There is no mainstream evidence for the claims made by the group at the protest.

NHS England Medical Director Stephen Powis has said the theories linking 5G with coronavirus are "the worst kind of fake news".

Dr Simon Clarke, associate professor in cellular microbiology at the University of Reading, said: "The idea that 5G lowers your immune system doesn't stand up to scrutiny,"

"Your immune system can be dipped by all sorts of thing - by being tired one day, or not having a good diet. Those fluctuations aren't huge but can make you more susceptible to catching viruses."
