Starting with BBC One, where Graham Norton takes the reins from 10.25pm alongside guests Tom Hanks, Emily Blunt, Jamie Dornan, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Nish Kumar and Jessica Chastain.
Alicia Keys will then be singing as part of 'Alicia Key's Rocks New Year's Eve' from 11.30pm - a special concert on location in Los Angeles. BBC One will also have live coverage of Big Ben at midnight.
Jools Holland is on BBC Two as always from 11.15pm with his annual Hootenanny. He will be joined by his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra and plenty of guests to see in 2021.
If it's a film you are after, then ITV have the James Bond film Skyfall from 9pm, followed by the News including Big Ben from 11.45pm.
For live music fans, Sky One are broadcasting a recording of Queen Live from Wembley at 10.40pm, the Big Ben Bongs at midnight and then a live recording of the famous 1992 tribute concert for the late Queen singer Freddie Mercury.
