Wetherspoons has launched a pre-lockdown sale and, in a bid to get rid of stock, is selling pints of real ale for as little as 99p.
The chain put posters up last night (1/11) stating: "Ahead of the four-week lockdown, rather than waste real ale, it has been reduced to 99p per pint."
It has been reported that real ale will not last through the 4-week lockdown, whereas cider and lager will.
The 99p real ale offer will apply to all Wetherspoon pubs.
