Crack It! brings together young people from different backgrounds. Through practical and team based activities those aged 14-15 can benefit from taking part in local creative projects.
Develop is a not-for-profit organisation which delivers a comprehensive range of education and training programmes across Milton Keynes and the Eastern region of the UK. Over the last 20 years they have successfully worked with over 150,000 learners and 10,000 companies.
Utilising creative projects, practical and team based activities the organisation can help young people to develop self-awareness, improve confidence, motivation and take responsibility for setting their own goals, while also having access to inspirational employers and motivational speakers.
Crack It! can inspire young people and empower them to take responsibility for their future.
