Chris Price will be responsible for front of house management and will play an important role in Scuff N Scratch Solutions’ progression in the insurance side of the business, as well as its plans to further strengthen its customer experience.
Bringing over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, Chris’ new position at Scuff N Scratch will oversee all vehicle damage assessing for both insurance and retail car repairs.
Trained by VW and Tesla, Chris is fully accredited by Audatex, and is City and Guilds ATA approved to level 3 in bodywork and hybrid. Chris’ previous roles have provided him with experience in both approved and non-approved, as well as for prestige vehicle repair shops in the South East of England looking after major car brands including, Bentley, Jaguar, Land Rover and Porsche.
Last year, Scuff N Scratch began its expansion plan by investing in correct equipment and training to carry out insurance crash repairs. Together, Chris and owner, Rob Clark, will continue the training and development of the team and enhance the overall customer experience.
