First Class Athletics, a new sporting facility in Milton Keynes, has many recreational class offerings for young budding athletes.
First Class Athletics opened its doors in September, with international cheerleading choreographer Paige Hottor as the Gym Director.
The facility is home to one of the UK’s most decorated coaching teams, including renowned judges, international choreographers, and world champions who have over 75 combined years of experience in all-star cheerleading and coaching.
The team provides training and coaching in cheerleading, gymnastics, and dance, for athletes of all ages and abilities.
First Class Athletics provides many different training groups including recreational classes, which include recreational tumbling and cheer.

First Class Athletics’ tumbling classes focus on building tumbling techniques for athletes of all skill levels.
The athletes get to learn the fundamentals of tumbling, including body positions, shapes, flexibility, and strength training, through the use of high-performance equipment.
These are 1-hour weekly sessions with qualified coaches.
FCA recreational cheer classes are designed to introduce athletes to the world of cheerleading, through stunting, tumbling, jumps, and dance.
These classes are suitable for beginners and those who wish to perfect their skills and are 1-hour weekly sessions that focus on the gradual progression of each athlete.
The athletes benefit from these classes by building both physical and mental strength, whilst also having lots of fun.
With all recreational classes, athletes will have the opportunity to participate in a 'Frequent Flyer grading programme', as well the opportunity for the athletes to display their skills at the ‘The Take-Off’, the annual First Class Athletics showcase.
