Could your business be the bridge for young budding gymnasts in Milton Keynes?

Your business could #BeTheBridge and sponsor a child to join the MK Springers family for just £6 per month, £72 per year.

MK Springers is a gymnastics club based in Kiln Farm Milton Keynes, established in 2004. It is an Ofsted registered childcare provider and a registered charity.

MK Springers know the transformative power of gymnastics helps support and develop communities. Gymnastics supports physical and mental health and well-being, developing skills, and supports the maintenance of a healthy weight, resilience, self-confidence, community, and friendships for those to engage with the sport.

Because MK Springers is an Ofsted registered childcare provider, families on Universal Credit can claim back 85% of their gymnastics fees from the government as childcare costs.

The Bridge Project looks to make up the 15% shortfall for families with low incomes through corporate and private donations. You can sponsor a child to join the Springers Family for just £6 per month, £72 per year.

Sponsorship packages are available for businesses who would like to #BeTheBridge for these children.

Sharon Aldis, Owner of Prime Pet Supplies (Wolverton) and Al-Dis Pet Malarky (Newport Pagnell) and Rosette Sponsor said: “We are a small, family-run, community focussed business with family values at our heart. We wanted to support a child to feel a part of the Springers Family through the Bridge Project and therefore funded a place for a child for a year.

We know that our funding is enabling a child with additional needs to access the vital fun, learning, and development that Springers offers in a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment, for a year.

We appreciate the extra advertising, marketing, and networking opportunities our sponsorship offers and we urge you to sponsor too!”.

Tracy Keech, Deputy CEO at Healthwatch, Milton Keynes, and Trustee at MK Springers said: “MK Springers is a game-changing gymnastics club for children and young people who need a safe, supportive space in which to flourish.

Parents and carers have told us they’ve seen their child’s mental well-being improve, and their confidence increase thanks to encouragement from the coaches and flexible classes.

It’s clear that no child is treated as an outsider. There is no judgment, no pressure – just a warm welcome and the chance to develop new skills.”
