Climb Quest are looking for a new Climbing Supervisor, to help manage our climbing arena. We are based at The Kingston Centre in Milton Keynes, and have welcomed thousands of climbers since opening in 2020.
The role of Climbing Supervisor acts as a bridge between the roles of ‘Instructor’ and Climbing Team Manager. Your role will see you responsible for setting and maintaining the highest standards of customer service for the climbing experience; you’ll be welcoming your customers, ensuring they are motivated, prepared and reassured on all things safety related – making sure their experience is positive throughout and one they’ll be keen to repeat!
Reporting to the Centre Manager you’ll keep all climbing operations ticking over safely and efficiently, working closely with the management team and climbing team to ensure health and safety guidelines are followed and that all company procedures are followed. You’ll act as a positive leader to the climbing team and will be on hand to support and guide them as required.
We are looking for someone to join us for between 30 and 40 hours a week. This will include at least one weekend day, and some early evening shifts.

- Over 18 years old
- A great leader, with experience in motivating a team
- Great with customers, and thrives in creating a position experience
- Someone with a professional outlook, and able to work under your own initiative
- Excellent in terms of interpersonal and communication skills with adults and children
- An enthusiastic team players
- Upbeat and positive – able to work as part of a team with a cheerful disposition and remaining calm under pressure
- Able to demonstrate attention to detail and follow company procedures
- Interested in sports and activities – it’s what we do.
