Milton Keynes Dons head coach Liam Manning has provided updates on the team's injured players ahead of today's home match against Accrington Stanley.

The Dons have been without David Kasumu and Max Watters for some time, while Daniel Harvie missed the team's trip to Ipswich Town after suffering a concussion against Charlton Athletic.

With the team back in action after a week on the training pitch, Manning was able to give an update on how each player is coming along with their respective situations.

Speaking at yesterday's pre-match press conference, Manning explained: "David has been a little bit sick the last couple of days, so he's been off."

"Max is progressing nicely, heading in the right direction and he's getting to a level where we want him to and not a million miles away."

While Kasumu is expected to still be out for a number of weeks, and Watters is unlikely to be ready for today's match, it looks as if Harvie could potentially be in line to make a return when Accrington travel to Stadium MK.

Manning commented: "Dan recovered well from his concussion, so he's also in a really good place."
