With the start of the League One season just a day away, Milton Keynes Dons fans have made it clear where they believe the team will finish when it is all said and done.
Media outlets across the country have produced their predictions for where teams across the Football League will find themselves come May next year, and the Dons have seen their position range anywhere from mid-table all the way to the very top of League One.
Naysayers often point to the departure of Scott Twine and Harry Darling for their pessimistic projections. At the same time, some believe that the team's impressive recruitment this summer, seeing 12 signings made with more expected, has provided more depth and a stronger overall squad that should be competing at the very top of the table.
But where do fans of the club themselves actually feel the team is most likely to finish by the end of the season? In a poll taken on social media, it found that the majority of fans will be expecting the club to make the playoffs once again.
58.7% of fans that participated stated their belief that the team would at least finish in the top six, which was achieved last season. The Dons finished just one point behind second-placed Rotherham United but were unable to progress beyond the playoff semi-final despite a dominating performance in the second leg.
With the loss of Twine and Darling, coupled with the team's recruitment of top young talents on both sides of the Irish Sea, fans are expecting another competitive campaign with the chance that the Dons can go one better this time around and earn promotion up to the Championship for the first time since 2015.
Beyond this, the next largest selection by fans is automatics, which earned 23.9% of votes. 9.6% of voters believe that the Dons have what it takes to win the league outright, though it will be a challenging season with the likes of Sheffield Wednesday, Ipswich Town and others also bolstering already strong squads.
Overall, 92.2% of all voters believe the Dons will finish no lower than sixth place and should be looking at earning promotion this season - leaving just 7.8% who believe the team will struggle to replicate last season's superb run, missing the playoffs altogether.
Liam Manning's side begin their League One campaign with a trip to Cambridge United's Abbey Stadium tomorrow (Saturday 30th July), and excitement will be high for the 1200+ Dons fans expected to make the trip along the A421 - starting what could be a memorable season if fan expectations are met.
