Willen Hospice thanks supporters for a successful Midnight Moo in Milton Keynes last Friday

Local charity, Willen Hospice thanks the 600+ people who walked their Midnight Moo on Friday 15th July and helped to raise £57,000 so far.

Over 620 fundraisers left Midsummer Place at 10pm last Friday (15/07) to head out on a 5 or 10 mile walk around Milton Keynes for Willen Hospice.

MK Breakfast Show hosts Darren and Lia were live on MKFM between 7 - 10pm with shoutouts, party tunes and interviews with walkers, volunteers and Willen Hospice staff. Listen back to our Midnight Moo 2022 podcasts here or at the bottom of this page.

MKFM's very own Simon Tuck hosted the main stage and got the crowd warmed up alongside energie Fitness from Kiln Farm.

Katrina Walsh, Senior Events Fundraiser at Willen Hospice, says "To look around Midsummer place and see 620+ people, sing, smile, take photos, making memories was magical! Thanks so much to everyone involved."

The night boasted a great party atmosphere with a warm up and ‘moo dance’ before the walkers headed off. This year, the theme for the fundraiser is ‘Summer of Moo’ – walkers were invited to dress up in fancy dress including sunglasses, flowers, festival outfits and fairy lights.
