The vaccination rollout has extended to people over the age of 38 in Milton Keynes.
This is the first time in just under two weeks that more people have been called forward to have the jab, as the NHS has been busy vaccinating people in their 40s following last month's announcement.
And now, people aged 38 and over, or those who will turn 38 before 1 July, can arrange their jab appointment through the national booking website.
Formal invitations, which will either be a text message or letter, are also being sent out but there is no need to wait to receive them before booking an appointment.
📢 Anybody aged 38 or older can now book their COVID-19 vaccine appointment 📢

The booking service will show the next available appointment, which could either be at the Saxon Court Mass Vaccination Centre, or one of the many GP and pharmacy-led centres across the city.
It will also give you the opportunity to book your second dose, which will be administered within twelve weeks of the first.
Other people that can book their COVID-19 vaccine include those that are at high risk from coronavirus (clinically extremely vulnerable), those that have a condition that puts them at higher risk (clinically vulnerable), those that have a learning disability, healthcare workers, and carers (paid and unpaid, including those on carer's allowance).
