Two Milton Keynes shoplifters charged and sentenced

Two shoplifters in Milton Keynes, who share 32 offences between them, have been charged and sentenced.

Thames Valley Police (TVP) has reported that two frequent shoplifters, who consistently target the CO-OP in Great Linford, have been charged and sentenced for 32 offences between them, and are currently back in jail.

One of them was apprehended in the process of stealing something else from the store's back office while the Neighbourhood Policing Team was keeping an eye on the CCTV.

The local Neighbourhood Team continues to collaborate with the CO-OP and its security to deter crimes and prosecute offenders, while the Great Linford Community Forum frequently brings up the topic of shoplifting as a local concern.

Thames Valley Police MK said, “Talking of the Great Linford Community Forum... Our next one is due to be held on 11th September at the Conniburrow Community Centre from 7:30PM. Members of the public are welcome to attend and raise their concerns with the Police and other partner agencies, and it would be great to see as many people as possible there!”
