Thames Valley Police officers were called yesterday at about 7.25pm following reports of an affray involving a large group of people outside Xscape in Milton Keynes.
Officers attended the scene where two people had sustained minor injuries.
An 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy were arrested on suspicion of affray.
The 18-year-old has been released on bail to appear at Milton Keynes police station on 31 August.
The 16-year-old remains in police custody at this time.
