
5 On It Foundation, based in MK, have announced they are running a free junior tennis coaching programme to give budding Serena Williams and Roger Federers a chance to be introduced to this fantastic racket sport.
Supported by the Milton Keynes Community Foundation, this new initiative will give participants an opportunity to develop key skills including how to rally, serve and smash in a low-stress, high fun environment.
The 4 week programme starts on Saturday 10th April and takes place at Stantonbury International School, Stantonbury, Milton Keynes MK14 6BN.
Dates are:
Saturday 10th April
10 – 11am: girls and boys aged 8 – 12 years
11 – 12 noon: girls and boys aged 12 – 16 years
Saturday 17th April
10 – 11am: girls and boys aged 8 – 12 years
11 – 12 noon: girls and boys aged 12 – 16 years
Saturday 24th April
10 – 11am: girls and boys aged 8 – 12 years
11 – 12 noon: girls and boys aged 12 – 16 years
Saturday 1st May
10 – 11am: girls and boys aged 8 – 12 years
11 – 12 noon: girls and boys aged 12 – 16 years
No experience is necessary and all equipment is provided.
