TRAVEL: A5 in Milton Keynes closed due to serious collision

The A5 in Milton Keynes is CLOSED northbound and southbound between the A422 and the A508.

National Highways reports the serious collision includes a vehicle and a pedestrian.

It was first recorded at 5am this morning and the road remains closed.

A diversion is in place with traffic advised to follow the hollow square diversion symbol on road signs.

Accident investigation work is currently taking place.

The A5 is closed northbound from the Abbey Hill Roundabout to the Old Stratford Roundabout due to a road traffic collision.
