Trains will not be running between Milton Keynes and London Euston this bank holiday weekend.
Network Rail, which owns the majority of Britain's railways, carries out essential works during bank holiday weekends to minimise the impact on commuters.
The organisation has announced that "major work" will take place across the railway network on the early May bank holiday weekend, from 1st May to 3rd May.
They will be no trains at all between London Euston and Milton Keynes Central, due to work for HS2 near London Euston station, maintenance work around the Wembley and Watford areas, as well the Bletchley flyover rebuilding work.

People are being advised to travel either side of the bank holiday to ensure that the works do not impact their journeys.
