This is the latest Met Office snow forecast for Milton Keynes tonight and tomorrow

    The Met Office are predicting a mixture of light and heavy snowfall to begin at around 11pm tonight in Milton Keynes.

    The Met Office are predicting a 50% chance of light snow from 11pm, increasing to a 60% chance from Midnight tonight.

    From 1am tomorrow morning, there is an 80% chance of heavy snow increasing to a 90% chance from 2am.

    Light snow is then forecast from 3am to 6am, with a 60% likelihood.

    Regarding the forecast, Met Office officials have said: "Any single period of rain and snow is not expected to last more than 6 to 9 hours but some snow accumulations are likely with 1-3 cm likely in places within the warning area and the potential for 5-10 cm, perhaps particularly over Wales and southwest England."

    "Snow amounts will vary markedly across England and Wales with many places seeing very little accumulating snow. With cold air in place along with areas of rain and snow icy stretches are likely to form."
