These are the essential shops open at the centre:mk during lockdown

    Milton Keynes' main shopping centre, the centre:mk, will be keeping a number of shops open during lockdown.

    Essential stores, including pharmacies and opticians, will be open but may operate on reduced hours. Non-essential stores have had to close, as have restaurants and cafes, but some eateries are now offering takeaway.

    The following stores are open for essential goods:

    Marks and Spencer

    Metro Bank

    Nationwide

    Specsavers

    Superdrug

    The Newsagent

    Vision Express

    WH Smith

    Takeaway is now available at the following eateries:

    The shopping centre's multi-storey car park, next to John Lewis, will remain open with only the ground and first floor available.
