In line with current government guidance, customers using public transport must continue to wear a face-covering for the duration of their journey.

Arriva is operating social distancing measures with revised capacity on all buses to keep bus travel safe.

To help reduce the amount of physical contact between customers and drivers, Arriva is asking everyone to only use contactless payment or pre-purchase tickets via the Arriva UK Bus app.

Cash will only be accepted as a form of payment in exceptional circumstances and where the correct fare can be paid, our drivers will not be able to provide change at this time.
