The list of chain stores which WON'T be closing their doors in Milton Keynes during lockdown

As the second coronavirus lockdown looms in Milton Keynes, all non-essential retail in the city will be closing its doors until 2nd December.

There has been some confusion as to what 'non-essential' retail is, and so MKFM has compiled a list of the shops that will be closing which you can read by clicking here.

Meanwhile, a number of chain stores have confirmed they will remain open throughout the lockdown in Milton Keynes.

    They include:

    • B&M
    • Screwfix
    • Wilko
    • Pets At Home
    • The Range
    • Poundland
    • Home Bargains
    • Wickes
    • Superdrug
    • Boots
    • B&Q
    • Homebase
    • Halfords

In addition, all major supermarkets and convenience stores will remain open across the city - as well as garden centres, petrol stations and pharmacies.

Some of the independent stores staying open include:

    • Lima Kitchens
    • Jardines Pharmacies
