Supermarket chain Tesco have said they are tightening their enforcement of coronavirus rules in Milton Keynes.
It comes as both Morrisons and Sainsburys announced yesterday they would ban entry to anyone not wearing a face mask or shopping in a group.
In a statement about the change, Tesco said: "To protect our customers and colleagues, we won’t let anyone into our stores who is not wearing a face covering, unless they are exempt in line with Government guidance."
"We are also asking our customers to shop alone, unless they’re a carer or with children."
"To support our colleagues, we will have additional security in stores to help manage this."
It comes as a council-run community fridge have also said they will refuse entry to those who do not wear a face covering.
