Six people in Bletchley celebrate a People's Postcode Lottery win

It is the second time this week that a Milton Keynes postcode has been picked as the Daily Prize winner.

Today, MK2 3LX was announced as the winner meaning that six Cornelia Close neighbours won £1,000 each.

While on Saturday, 13 people in Leadenhall also won the postcode lottery, meaning that a total of £19,000 has been won by people in Milton Keynes in the past week alone.

People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador Judie McCourt sent her well-wishes to the Bletchley-based winners. She said: “Congratulations to our winners! I’m sure this surprise has made their day and I hope they enjoy their winnings.”

A minimum of 32% of ticket sales goes directly to charities and players of People’s Postcode Lottery have raised over £500 million to date for thousands of good causes in Britain and beyond.

This draw was promoted by The Ramblers which has received over £10.1 million in funding from the players of People’s Postcode Lottery. The charity works to protect and expand the places where people love to walk.
