Seven babies were born in our local hospital on New Year's Day 2021.
Coincidentally, Milton Keynes Hospital had previously announced that the same number of babies, seven, were born at the hospital on Christmas Day 2020.
Staff from MKUH took to social media to share their congratulations to the new parents.
It was revealed that Rose was the first to give birth to a New Year baby, who was born just after 1am.
Speaking of the news, MKUH said in a tweet: "Happy New Year! Here’s our first baby born into the new year, who arrived shortly after 1am. We would like to say a massive congratulations to mum Rose & her partner.
"There was a total of 7 babies born here on New Years Day here at MKUH, and we wish the very best to them all."
