The RSPCA store in Bletchley will be closing down at the end of this month.
The RSPCA Milton Keynes & North Bucks branch shop on Queensway in Bletchley will be closing at the end of August following a 'tough decision' by the animal charity.
"With regard to the imminent closure of our RSPCA Milton Keynes & North Bucks branch shop in Bletchley, it's been a tough decision and one that was not made without a great deal of analysis and thought," a spokesperson explained to MKFM.
The charity concluded that it was not financially viable to renew the shop lease at the location on Queensway in Bletchley.
"Our Shop Manager and Assistant Manager head up an amazing team of hard working volunteers and we thank them all for their dedication and hard work over the years."
The store is currently running a 'Clothing Down Sale' with 50% off marked prices.
"Please pay a visit and grab yourself a bargain or three! Sales at Bletchley will run until the 31st of August, when we sadly finally close the doors," the RSPCA added.
"We would like to thank all of our Bletchley customers who will be missed - we couldn't have run the shop without you!
"The money the shops raise funds the work of the RSPCA Milton Keynes and North Buckinghamshire branch, who rescue, rehabilitate and re-home animals in our local area.
"Our search for new suitable shop premises to accompany our shops in Stony Stratford and Newport Pagnell continues."
Events, volunteering, animal adoption and fostering opportunities are all available to view on the RSPCA website.
"Thank you once again Bletchley for your support!," the spokesperson said.
