Yesterday (23/7), Thames Valley Police took to social media to say they had reported the driver to court for no insurance.
In a post on Facebook, Thames Valley Police said: "Due to the manner of driving, this car was checked on Fishermead.
"Female only insured, but with male driving alone. On stopping, he produced a provisional licence."
Thames Valley Police seized the vehicle seized under Section 165 and the reported driver to court for no insurance.
Those found to be driving without insurance can receive a £300 fine and 6 points on their licence - potentially alongside a community service sentence and/or imprisonment for up to six months.
Any penalty points gained on a provisional licence that haven't expired will be carried over to your full licence post passing a driving test.
