Police issue warning notices to anti social bikers in Milton Keynes

Police say they have identified three motorists following reports of anti-social behavior.

Several complaints have been made to the Milton Keynes North Neighbourhood Team reporting persistent anti-social use of quad bikes and motor cross bikes.

The issues raised reportedly took place in the Wolverton, Fullers Slade, and Newport Pagnell areas.

A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: "Within the past week, PCSO Josh Richardson has identified three riders of these bikes, and has issued them with Section 59 Warning Notices.

If found riding these bikes again in this manner, Police will have the power to seize the bikes, and will also consider pursuing substantive offences.

"We are aware that this is an ongoing issue and that other areas within Milton Keynes are also having similar problems There are other riders we are working to identify and we will continue to carry out pro-active and visible patrols.

"As always, the help from the local community really helps us, and if you have any information that may assist us in identifying anti-social riders, please contact us by calling 101 or using our online webform.
