Milton Keynes Council have received planning application for a 'marketing suite' and car park in Tattenhoe Park, by Snelshall Street.
The application was submitted by Countryside Properties UK.
The proposals are phase 2 of plans that will see further development in the area.
The marketing suite comes as a sign that the long awaited development is about to start in the coming months.
Once fully complete, the area will see new properties, leisure facilities and more open spaces.
A public consultation is now open until 5th March.
