Local firm Vantage event structures has an exciting new project in the pipeline which they claim is set to rival the winter wonderland experience of London and Birmingham.
With a pedigree for designing and building event structures such as ice rinks, pop-up cinemas, bars and marquees, Vantage has promised to make Christmas 2019 in MK, the most memorable to date, bringing together the best in food, retail and entertainment, with a light dusting of magic.
After the wonderland disaster held in MK in 2013, which The Guardian reported was “the worst ever” people would be forgiven for being sceptical. Vantage’s MD Matt Bowler assured MKFM that with his company’s track record for building structures for mass crowd events like the 2012 Olympics, Wimbledon, Chelsea Flower Show and Kate and Williams’s Royal Wedding “Winterlandmk will bring something completely fresh to Milton Keynes”.
As well as catering for the 250,000 residents of Milton Keynes, they fully expect to draw crowds from London, Coventry, Oxford and further afield.
