Move for MacIntyre this May

MacIntyre, a national charity providing support and care for over 1,200 people with learning disabilities and or autism in the UK, with over 200 people supported here in Milton Keynes, is inviting you to take part in 'Move with MacIntyre' challenge from 1 to 31 May 2020.

With many of MacIntyre's key fundraising events cancelled or postponed due to the COVID-19 crisis, the people we support need your help now more than ever.

Across the country, MacIntyre's teams are working incredibly hard to keep the people we support safe; helping people to use technology to keep in touch with their loved ones and safely maintain connections with their local community during this difficult time.

No matter your age or ability, whether you have access to an outside space or not right now; it's time to show what you can do and raise money for the people the charity supports.

There are no limits to Move with MacIntyre. Perhaps you will complete a sponsored climb of Mount Snowdown using your stairs or challenge your friends to a dance competition over Zoom? Maybe you want to see how many laps of your garden you can do in your wheelchair or how long you can bounce on your trampoline?

However you choose to Move with MacIntyre, they would love to see you moving using the hashtag #MovewithMacIntyre on social media.

Sign up to the challenge now on MacIntyre's website here.
