'MKFM Family Area' will be launched at Stadium MK to enhance matchday experiences

MKFM and MK Dons are working together to enhance the Family Area experience at Stadium MK.

The MKFM Family Area is the perfect home for the Club’s youngest supporters, providing a safe and family-friendly environment for them to watch the Dons in action – which they can do for absolutely no cost this season as part of the under-12s go FREE offering!

With the support of MKFM, which is based adjacent to the Box Office and Club Superstore at Stadium MK, the Club hope to reveal some exciting plans for the MKFM Family Area in the coming weeks.

MK Dons Sales & Marketing Director, Andy Gibb, told mkdons.com: “At MK Dons, we are extremely proud of being able to provide a family-friendly environment for our supporters to watch live football in Milton Keynes.

“Since 2009, we have been awarded the Family Excellence Award every by the EFL but we are constantly looking at ways we can improve the matchday experience for our fans.

“We believe the MKFM Family Area, and the opportunities that will come with this partnership, will help to take our matchday offering to the next level. We are excited to get to work on implementing the new ideas.”

Darren Dorrington, CEO of MKFM, added: ‘’Come rain or shine, matchdays are always a great afternoon out and MKFM are excited to play an even bigger role with the newly named MKFM Family Area, especially with fans returning this season.

“We’ve got plenty up our sleeves that we will announce shortly - this is, certainly, going to be one of the best seasons yet.’’

MKFM will also continue to provide MK Dons updates throughout the week as well as dedicated shows on Saturdays with former MK Dons player Dean Bowditch and ex-kitman Tony Hawkins.

Those who want to take advantage of the MKFM Family area and enjoy live sport this football season can find out more here. Remember, under-12s go free so it's the perfect family day out!
