Jason Cox, aged 41, of no fixed abode, was convicted and sentenced at Aylesbury Crown Court on Thursday (1/3)
Cox pleaded guilty to three counts of burglary and one count of attempted theft from a motor car.
He was sentenced to four years’ imprisonment.
Cox was charged with the offences on 20 January. The offences took place between September 2017 and January 2018. From two residential addresses in Milton Keynes cash, jewellery and passports were stolen. From a third business premise alcohol was taken.
Investigating officer, PC Kelly White, based at Milton Keynes police station, said: “Burglary and theft cause great distress for victims and Thames Valley Police is committed to bringing offenders to justice.
“I would like to thank the victims and witnesses for engaging with the police and supporting us with our investigations into the crimes that Cox has committed.”
