MK Dons to return for 2020/21 Season from September

The EFL has confirmed that the 2020/21 Season will get underway across the Sky Bet Championship, League One and League Two on the weekend of 12 September.

The 2020/21 season will conclude on the 8 and 9 May 2021, with the Sky Bet Play-Off Finals reverting back to the Spring Bank Holiday weekend at the end of May.

The EFL has also announced that work is currently underway in respect of fixture scheduling and details will be announced in due course as to when full fixture lists for 2020/21 will be made available.

So far, MK Dons have announced two new signings with full-back Daniel Harvie and striker Carlton Morris joining the team.

Morris, who is on loan from Norwich City, enjoyed an impressive loan spell with the Dons last term, scoring two goals in 10 appearances and playing a key role in the side’s resurgence during the second half of the 2019/20 season.

Harvie, from Ayr United, has joined for an undisclosed fee following the full opening of the summer transfer window.

The left back, who joined Ayr United in July 2018, has since gone on to make 116 senior club appearances, while he has also totalled 22 international caps for Scotland at every youth level from Under-15s through to Under-21s.
