MK Dons Sport and Education Trust (SET) are running #StayAtHomeSkillz to keep you and your family active whilst social distancing.
Regardless of age or ability, the SET is asking you to record your skills at home and use the hashtag for a chance to win prizes. Videos recorded have to be thirty seconds or less.
Jack Sharp, Sports Development Manager, said: "During this difficult time it's vitally important we can support not only our players but the wider community. Over the coming weeks we will be providing opportunity to get involved from your home. From silly interactive challenges to football and cross curriculum resources, we want to play our part in engaging our young people."
