MK Dons are delighted to have completed the signing of 27-year-old midfielder Dan Crowley, who has joined on a permanent transfer from fellow Sky Bet League Two side Notts County.

Crowley’s' move to Stadium MK comes after making 19 appearances for Notts so far this season, scoring four goals and providing seven assists.
The midfielder has enjoyed a productive spell at Meadow Lane, making 69 appearances for the Magpies since 2023 and contributing a very impressive 20 goals and 18 assists.
Prior to his time at Notts County, Crowley enjoyed a short stint at then League One side Morecambe, featuring 21 times with seven goal contributions after joining in January of 2023.
The former Arsenal youth player spent a year in the Netherlands in 2022, plying his trade with Eredivisie club Willem II. This marked Crowley's second spell with Tricolores, having also played at the King Willem II Stadium from 2017-2019.
In 2021 Crowley featured for Cheltenham Town in League One under Michael Duff, playing 16 times.
From 2019 to 2021 the attacking midfielder was a Birmingham City player, featuring 45 times at St Andrews, while also enjoying a productive loan spell at Hull City.
Initially a part of the Aston Villa academy, Crowley joined the youth ranks at Arsenal in 2013, progressing through the age groups with the Gunners and featuring all the way up to their U21s.
This spell saw the midfielder work with current MK Dons Technical Development Coach Carl Laraman for the first time as well as enjoying time on loan with EFL sides Barnsley and Oxford United, as well as Dutch team Go Ahead Eagles.
When asked to describe himself as a player, Crowley said: "I'm an attacking midfielder, always looking to create and score goals! I want to hurt other teams with intricate passing and dribbling, and linking up with my team-mates to try and score and assist."
On joining MK Dons, Crowley said: "Speaking with the Chairman and the Gaffer, it was something I didn't want to miss out on, it's an exciting project and I really believe in what we're trying to do here. I think we can get to the top, and I'm just really grateful!"
On Crowley's move to Stadium MK, Head Coach Scott Lindsey said: "Dan's quality at this level is very clear. He's a wonderful footballer with a great work ethic and fantastic ability on the ball. For us, it'll be about integrating him into the environment as quickly as possible to get the best out of him. I'm excited to see him link up with the other players and show what he can do."
On adding Dan Crowley to the playing squad, Sporting Director Liam Sweeting said: "I think it's safe to say Dan is a footballer we've admired for a long time but, first and foremost, we believe we're signing an ambitious person, who believes in our project and the journey we want to go on. Without doubt, he is a hugely talented midfielder, arguably at a peak stage in his career, and we hope he can quickly transition to the way we play and really affect the squad. "Dan was a name we couldn't move past as we discussed with Scott and his coaches around where we could improve this month, and I know they are all excited to work with him. I'd like to thank Notts County for all their professionalism throughout the process and of course our Chairman Fahad Al Ghanim for his support in making this deal happen. There's no shying away from the fact this is a really exciting day for MK Dons, and we're all thrilled to have Dan in the building."
