Milton Keynes Theatre released a statement (July 9) to let ticket holders know that they have processed refunds for the recently cancelled shows of 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang'.
Following their announcement to cancel all 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang' shows, Milton Keynes Theatre have recently released a statement informing customers that they have processed their refunds:
"Following severe damage to the intricate Chitty car mechanism, the run of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang in Milton Keynes was not able to go ahead as planned. Unfortunately we've not been able to find an alternative date for this production.
We know ticket holders were looking forward to seeing the show and we sincerely apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause.
We're pleased to confirm that we are processing a refund to all ticket holders. This can take 3-5 working days to appear in the account.
Thank you for your continued support."
