A Milton Keynes shopper took to social media today to complain of 'shocking organisation' at a local supermarket.
Ronnie said he had been shopping at the Waitrose store in Oakgrove but described the situation as an "absolute shambles".
He said he had to wait 30 minutes to collect his turkey, before having to wait for another 30 minutes to get back into the store to complete the rest of his shopping.
"I fully expected queues, but they should be managed better than this" he said in a tweet to the supermarket chain.
An image shared alongside the tweet showed a massive amount of shoppers waiting to enter the supermarket.
It comes as supermarkets across Milton Keynes become busier and busier in the run up to Christmas Day on Friday.
Tier 4 rules in our city mean that non-essential retail must now be closed, but essential retailers such as supermarkets can remain open.
