Milton Keynes residents invited to free workshop on mastering menopause

Residents of Milton Keynes are invited to attend a free workshop this month on managing menopause effectively and safely.

Hosted by D.O.T.S Chiropractic, the event will offer valuable insights, natural solutions, and practical tips for managing menopause symptoms. The workshop will take place on Wednesday, September 25, starting at 7:15pm.

Lindsay McInnis, Chiropractor and Director of D.O.T.S. Chiropractic told MKFM, “We pride ourselves on being a part of the community and providing as much information about chiropractic and natural healthcare to as many people as possible. Our menopause workshop is just one way we do this, and it's sure to sell out!”

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from local chiropractic experts who have helped many in the community manage menopause symptoms. Due to limited seating, early reservations are encouraged. Participants may also be eligible for a special gift on the night.

Lindsay continued, “If we can help people to live healthy, active lives without restriction for as long as possible then our whole community will benefit. Our last fully booked event was a Balance and Stability workshop in July. We give free workshops on the last Wednesday of every month at 7:15pm.”

This year D.O.T.S Chiropractic won several awards. Lindsay won the Entrepreneur at the Women Leaders Awards, and gold for Business Woman of the Year at the SME. D.O.T.S Chiropractic won Micro Business of the Year at the MKBAA and Silver for MK Business of the Year at the SMEs.

D.O.T.S Chiropractic gives free workshops on the last Wednesday of every month at 7:15pm. The next 2 workshops after ‘Mastering Menopause’ will be on Headaches (October 30) and Stress and Anxiety (November 27).

The workshop will be at D.O.T.S Chiropractic, located on the first floor of 207 Witan Gate, Milton Keynes, MK9 2HP.
