Milton Keynes police remind the public not to leave donations outside charity shops

    As part of the national lockdown, all charity shops are closed in Milton Keynes.

    However, a number of donations have been left outside the Barnardos charity shop in Oldbrook.

    In a Facebook post, Thames Valley Police reminded the public that the charity shops are closed due to them being non-essential.

    They also stated that leaving donations outside charity shops creates rubbish and risks the donations not being used in the right way.

    Residents are asked to wait till non-essential shops re-open before making donations.
