Milton Keynes North MP Ben Everitt has posted a video update on the third day of his self-isolation with coronavirus symptoms.
In the video posted on his social media, Mr Everitt said that he 'felt bloody awful' on days one and two and was only able to post a video today as he is 'feeling a bit brighter'.
He went on to explain the importance of self-isolation in order to protect others from catching the virus.
Speaking to MKFM, Ben Everitt MP said: "It's been a rough few days, this is a nasty virus and I've only had a mild case. It's really important that everyone follows the advice. Use social distancing to reduce the chances of getting this disease."
"If you feel like you have the symptoms, self isolate and use NHS 111. Don't be the one that passes this on. Stay home, save lives."
If you have either a high temperature or a new continuous cough then you should follow the official advice on the NHS Coronavirus website here.
