Total Dojo in Bletchley has been awarded 'Training Location of the Year' in a nationwide survey.
The school has trained over 1,500 novice boxers for Ultra White Collar Boxing (UWCB) since it opened 19 years ago.
The UWCB boxing competitions raise money for Cancer Research UK.
Thousands of UWCB participants voted for the best training location, with founder Tony Davis saying he is "proud" that the local boxing school came out on top.
He added: "It is a privilege to think that so many people voted for us. It was a surprise.
"It's lovely to know that we have helped over 1,000 people going through an experience that many people don't think they can do when they first start. It's a bit of a stepping stone for some people to change their lifestyle; lots of people have said it's the kick up the bum they needed."
UWCB participants raise money for Cancer Research UK by taking part in eight weeks of free professional training before a match with an opponent in front of hundreds of spectators.
Those taking part are asked to sell tickets for the show and raise at least £50 for the charity.
The gym signed up to take part in 2014. Tony Davis continued: "The fact that we would be helping raise money for Cancer Research UK first peaked my interest. We have got a huge team behind us now that help with it.
"It's nice because it's developed - there's a lot of friendships that have come from it. People that have fought each other have ended up being friends."
So far, Ultra Events, the company behind Ultra White Collar Boxing, has raised £20 million for Cancer Research UK.
Jon Leonard, who runs Ultra Events, said: “Tony and his team do a truly outstanding job. It is great to see them being recognised for all their hard work and the fact that they have trained 1,500 people is remarkable achievement in itself.”
It celebrated some of the most inspiring participants by creating five award categories: Training location of the year, Trainer of the year, Outstanding achievement, Inspiring participant of the year and Charity champion of the year.
The next local Ultra White Collar Boxing event takes place on March 21 at Stadium MK. Over 1,000 people are set to attend.
