Milton Keynes City Council is set to get the ball rolling on the delivery of 66 new council homes in the city.
The scheme will see the delivery of 66 council homes, including a mix of apartments, bungalows and houses, built at the former Cripps Lodge site in Netherfield.
A decision will be taken next week to approve the procurement of a contractor for the site, which will need to meet the requirements of the City Council’s More for MK scheme, ensuring local employment, a local supply chain and value to the local economy.
The dwelling mix includes:
- Three, four and five bedroom houses
- Two and three bedroom bungalows
- One and two bedroom apartments
The homes are due to be complete by 2027.
