Milton Keynes City Council hosting drop-in sessions today for MK City Plan 2050

Milton Keynes City Council is holding a range of drop in sessions across the city so the general public can learn about the MK City Plan 2050 and comment on it.

The MK City Plan 2050 will take forward Milton Keynes City Council’s Strategy for 2050 which set out a bold and ambitious vision for MK over the next 28 years, including equal opportunities for all, ‘lifelong’ homes that suit people at all stages of their life, and a pioneering mass rapid transit system.

There will be two sessions held today at 20m and 8pm at West Bletchley Community Centre, and all are welcome.

As well as telling Milton Keynes City Council what you think about the draft Plan, you also have the opportunity to:

    • Tell them your priorities for growth and infrastructure.
    • Comment on the emerging Sustainability Appraisal through commenting on the Growth Strategy Chapter of the MKCP questions 1-4 and 13-20.
    • Promote a site to the Council as part of its 'Call for Sites'.

If you cannot make the drop in session, you can also view the plan and comment online here.
