Refuse trucks could be two days later than usual, says council.
Planned collection times of Milton Keynes homes’ waste and recycling bins have been published by the city council. Due to the festive bank holidays, collections between Wednesday 25th December and Friday 10th January will be affected and, in some cases, could take place up to two working days later than usual.
These are the changes that will come into action after Christmas Day:

Normal collections will resume from Monday 13th January.
Real Christmas trees will be collected if the trunk is no more than 15cm / 6in in diameter, fit neatly inside the green bin and have had decorations removed.
