The Met Office have issued a second yellow weather warning for 'snow and ice' for later this week in Milton Keynes.
It will be in place from 10am on Wednesday 30 December until 6am on Thursday 31 December across a large part of the South East and South West England including our city.
Officials say there is a small chance of disruption from snow and ice.
Forecasters from MeteoGroup are predicting sleet in Milton Keynes to start at around 5pm on Wednesday and continue into the early hours of Thursday morning.
Met Office officials say there is a slight chance that bus and train services may be delayed or cancelled, with some road closures and longer journey times - plus a small chance of travel delays on roads with some stranded vehicles and passengers, along with delayed or cancelled rail and air travel
Meanwhile, the Met Office also say there is a slight chance that power cuts may occur, with the potential to affect other services, such as mobile phone coverage.
And they are warning of a small chance of injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces.
It follows a weather warning issued for today for snow in Milton Keynes, however no snow has yet fallen in our area.
