McDonald's has announced the much-anticipated return of its annual monopoly competition.
The popular competition is set to return on August 25th and this year involves an exciting twist with a 'Gold Card'.
The monopoly competition was cancelled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic but fans have since shared their joy at its upcoming return.
McDonald's Monopoly gives customers the chance to win prizes ranging from some fries, all the way up to a new car or holiday. It is achieved by collecting stickers on the side of drinks cartons, chip boxes, and other food items.

In other news, this week McDonald's also released some exciting brand new menu items such as the McSpicy burger, Raspberry Ripple iced cooler and Mint Choc Chip Iced Frappé.
You can pick up the new menu items at one of the McDonald's stores, or drive-thrus, across Milton Keynes.
