McDonald's in Milton Keynes to remain open during lockdown for drive-thru, delivery and takeaway

MKFM can confirm that McDonald's in Milton Keynes will remain open during lockdown, but will be limiting the services on offer.

The nation is set to enter a month-long lockdown from this Thursday (5/11) which will see non-essential retail, and a number of other businesses, close their doors.

Restaurants, bars, and pubs will also close. Several restaurants have since said that they will continue to offer takeaway throughout lockdown, and McDonald's is no exception.

Kaizen McDonald's, which owns six restaurants here in Milton Keynes, says that they will be closing the dining areas on Wednesday evening.

The drive-thru stores - including those at Kingston, Stadium MK, Westcroft, Wolverton and Elder Gate - will remain open for drive-thru, McDelivery and takeaway orders.

McDonald's at Xscape will operate takeaway and McDelivery only, and the centre:mk store will close temporarily.
