Man sentenced for drug offences – Milton Keynes

    Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, a man has been jailed for drug offences in Milton Keynes.

    Daniel Roy, aged 34, of Cambridge Street, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, was sentenced to three years and three months’ imprisonment at Aylesbury Crown Court on Friday (11/4).

    Roy pleaded guilty to two counts each of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A, namely cocaine, possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis and of selling/supply of a medicinal product not subject to general sale, at the same court on 20 January this year.

    At around 11am on 16 December 2024, officers stopped a vehicle on Bradwell Common and located a number of drug related items in the car. After further searches, the driver was identified as Roy and he was in possession of class A and B drugs.

    He was arrested and charged on the same day.

    On 10 January 2025, Roy was stopped in his vehicle on Cambridge Street, Wolverton and was found in possession of multiple phones and cash. His address was searched and officers found further class A and B drugs. He was remanded into custody.

    Investigating officer Detective Constable Steven King, said: “I welcome the sentencing for Daniel Roy for these drug offences.

    “There are inherent risks to taking these drugs and Thames Valley Police will do everything they can to stop this, if you have any information around drugs and those supplying it please contact us.

    “This outcome underscores our commitment to protecting communities and holding offenders accountable.”
