At 7:05am earlier this morning (24/07), local firefighters raced to rescue two people trapped in a lift on Rillaton Walk, Central Milton Keynes.
Attending the scene from Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service was one appliance and crew from from West Ashand station.
Additionally, one crew from Aylesbury, which was in Milton Keynes, was also present and assisted with the rescue efforts.
The responding firefighters made use of specialised equipment to make the site safe.
They managed to released two men of unknown ages from the lift safely.
It is not believed that anyone was injured during the course of this incident.
