The Mayor of Milton Keynes is calling on teachers, parents, and community leaders to nominate outstanding young people (school years 7-13) who go above and beyond for their community.
Do you know a remarkable young person who is dedicated to making a positive impact in their community?
Someone who stands out for their kindness, leadership, or commitment to making Milton Keynes a better place.
Now is the time to recognise their efforts and give them the appreciation they deserve!
As part of the Mayor’s Awards 2025, Mayor Marie Bradburn is thrilled to open nominations for exceptional young people.
Whether they volunteer, support their peers, champion a cause, or lead by example, this is a unique opportunity to recognise the contributions of young community champions who go above and beyond to help others.
A special celebration:
Winners will be invited to a special gathering in the Mayor’s Parlour on Thursday 13 or Friday 14 March from 16.00-17.00.
Winners will have the chance to celebrate with two guests – one of whom must be a parent or guardian, as well as the Mayor herself.
How to nominate:
To nominate a deserving young person, complete the school age nomination form: https://www.mkfm.com/.../milton-keynes-mayors-awards-2025
Deadline for nominations: Midnight, Sunday 23 February 2025.
Let's come together and shine a spotlight on the next generation of community heroes!
